Ghost introduces Hero, Wasabi, and Ball-Z to Gregor Hutton’s space trooper, bug-killer game 3:16. First they must prove their combat skill on a bug planet, then a Doctor Who inspired menace, the Weeping Angels, challenge them in their first mission to reestablish contact with an off world science team. Will N ever become captain? Will Dan become Lieutenant? Will the red shirt Pighead even survive the landing, let alone the aliens? Stay tuned for part 2.

So glad to be back home! So much so in fact that I have a special treat for our listeners. Two episodes in one day!
A friend of the show, Puck, invited us to join his ongoing D&D campaign. Ghost and I hadn’t had much of a chance to game lately so after peeing on ourselves in spazmatic glee we gladly agreed.
WARNING!
Unfortunately, the game is not being played in a controlled environment there is a LOT of background (and foreground) noise. I have done the best I could to edit it for your ear holes sake.
With that being said enjoy. I will continue releasing episodes as quickly as I can. Thanks for your continued support.

Tune in and find out if Ezekiel-Doo and the gang solve the mystery plaguing the town of Chad.
Is young man Matt Mathews haunting the old casino and whore house?
Will said whores try to tempt our young heroes into a life of sin and eternal damnation!?!
No, not really, but listen anyway…

Sorry for the hiatus, folks. We have (believe it or not) been quite busy here at SaaM. Ghost and I attended ConJour in January and OwlCon in Feburary. Wasabi has had to take a leave of absence in order to focus on school this semester. Yet, I digress, you do not care about all this. You care about games. So games I bring. Here is the first installment of our Dogs in the Vineyard one shot: Ghosts of Chad.

Sorry for the delay, but I am glad to finally present the conclusion to Ghost’s Grimm game.
Players: Grant, Misha, and Hero.

In this episode we begin our One-shot of Fantasy Flight’s new game: Grimm
You put on your favorite pair of pajamas and crawl snuggly into your bed promptly at bedtime, as all good kids do, but when you wake your bed is no where to be seen. Observing the scene around you shows that you are in fact far from home, odd creatures and monsters can be seen all around you as you find yourself in the Grimmlands. The stuff of fairy tales, surrounds you… but somehow this is like no fairly tale you’ve ever heard. The Rotten King, Humpty Dumpty has demented the lands, the dead princess Rapunzel invites you to climb her web ridden hair to glimpse at the tortured lands below her decaying tower. How ever will you find your way home?
Storyteller: Ghost
Players: Misha, Nay, Grant, and Hero.

As of late we have been encountering quite a few scheduling issues, as Wasabi is preoccupied fixing up his white windowless van “Santa’sLeigh” for the holiday season. Moose is busy with school, BallZ is working like crazy, and El Sammich is dealing with some tragic family issues (our condolences, friend.) Spazz has disappeared from the face of the server and Ghost and I are left spending most game nights recording actual plays of staring contests.
Furthermore, I am leaving next week for a tour of ‘Merica. I won’t be back until the new year, but I borrowed a laptop and have every intention to continue editing and uploading content as my Newton-mas present to all of you.

Ghost, Wasabi, and Hero share their (in)experience with the preparation of one-shots.
We also offer player advice for jumping into the role of a pre-generated character.

Hoi, Chummers.
Zendead and Kanis over at The Hidden Grid asked us if we’d like to join them in a new Shadowrun campaign run over Skype and utilizing Swaggle to emulate commlinks.
In this first session we introduce our characters and begin our game (it took us a bit to get our “skype” legs so to speak.)
Let us know if you enjoy it!
